PUAN NORHAZILAH BINTI EDELI is an Advocate & Solicitor of High Court of Malaya and she received a President’s Award during her law journey for her great academic achievement in college and she began her legal career as Paralegal at Neela & Co (Kuala Lumpur) and later she joined Rajo & Associate (Melaka). In 2021 she joined Nor’Aini Ali & Co as Managing Partner. She is an experienced lawyer with a strong specialization in conveyancing and litigation matters.
Her expertise growth in drafting and reviewing Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), advising clients on property transactions, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties. In litigation matters, she representing clients in various civil disputes, including contractual and propertyrelated issues, including providing advice on land use regulations, zoning laws, and compliance with statutory requirements for property development and commercial investment, issues related to land title defects, boundary disputes, easements, and encroachments and she is known as her strategic legal advice and representation in contentious matters.
